TERMS OF PAYMENT

Cashless payments. The products are paid on the basis of 100% prepayment by transferring funds to the vendor's settlement account by the Buyer.

The date of payment shall be the date of receipt of funds to the settlement account of the Supplier specified in the invoice for payment.

In case of violation by the Buyer of the terms of payment agreed upon in the Specification, the Supplier has the right to change the terms and conditions of delivery.

 DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The delivery of the products is carried out to the Buyer from the Supplier's warehouse in time, according to requisites and transport (road, rail), agreed by the parties in the Protocol for the coordination of the terms of delivery of volumes and payments and / or specifications. The supplier, on the instructions of the Buyer, organizes the delivery of the products by the said transport within the Russian Federation.

The date of delivery and the date of transfer of ownership are the date of transfer of products to the first carrier, and in the case of delivery on the conditions of the goods self-export by the Buyer, the date of bilateral clearance of shipping documents.

The buyer undertakes to send to the Supplier duly executed original copies of specifications, signed by the authorized representative with the stamp of the Buyer, not later than 1 month from the date of their registration.

The Supplier shall, within 24 hours by fax or e-mail, notify the Buyer about the shipment of the products.

The products are delivered in a package that guarantees its safety during transportation and unloading, subject to proper handling of the goods, in accordance with the requirements specified in the product passport, unless otherwise specified in the order specification.

The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the products passes to the Buyer at the time of transfer of products.

 DELIVERY BY TRANSPORT COMPANY

Delivery of goods is made using one of the following transport companies: Baikal Service, Business Lines, Zheldorexpedition, PEK, KIT. At the request of the client, the possibility of delivering by courier service can be considered.

For the Bryansk region and for other regions, the delivery to the terminal of a transport company in Bryansk is free.

The time and cost of delivery by the transport company depends on your location, the dimensions and weight of the cargo, the need for cargo crates (necessary for liquids and fragile spare parts) and many other nuances.
